We offer a full service race training facility located just
3 miles from Delta Downs Race Track and Casino. Delta Downs is experiencing an incredible increase in purses due to
the addition of its slot casino. Our goal in building our farm was to take full advantage of the opportunity to train and
WIN with both Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds. We have a 5/8-mile training track with a 400-yard straightaway, 3-horse starting
gate, swimming facility, 45-stall barn, and a climate controlled clinic. In addition to residing only minutes from
Delta Downs, our facility is only minutes from Delta Equine Center and our veterinarian Dr. Larry Findley. Being
situated so close to a full service veterinary hospital was a very important factor in choosing the location to build our
farm. We are thankful to Dr. Findley and his staff, as they have been there for our horses in all emergency situations
as well as working with us on a daily basis.

Directions: From I-10, take Vinton exit # 7, go North approximately 2 miles to stop sign. Continue North
to Bellow Road, turn right and proceed East. Farm is one-half mile ahead on right.
